Решења за буку вентилатора за хлађење рачунарског напајања

Basically, the biggest cause of noise in desktop computers that have been used for too long is the cooling fan. Although other components may also produce noise, the probability is relatively small, and the noise will not have much impact on people. In the computer, the big noise that can make people feel the crash, the first is the power supply cooling fan.

Since the power supply is on the periphery of the chassis for a long time, closest to the air outlet, the static electricity in the chassis is the easiest to absorb dust. Therefore, after a long time of use, a large amount of dust will inevitably accumulate. If you use lubricating oil, the power supply fan will dry up due to oil stains, excessive dust, and poor rotation, which will cause a lot of noise. At the same time, it will affect the speed of the computer, and the heat will not be evacuated, which will cause the hardware to burn.

     First, clean up the dust.

1.We need you to remove the power supply (as long as you remove the four screws that connect the power supply box at the back of the host, you can take out the power supply box), and prepare a medium-hard brush, air pump or hair dryer. In order to prevent the static electricity on our hands from damaging the power supply, it is recommended to hold a large metal object, such as a metal railing.

2.We need to hold a hair dryer in one hand to blow against the fan, and a brush in the other to comb the dust. It is recommended that you wear a mask. There will be more dust. If the fan blades can be removed, it is best to use clean water to clean it up.

The cleaning of the host is not only the power supply fan, but also the processor and graphics card fan.

Second, oil the fan. If the fan has no lubricating oil or the lubricating oil is very viscous, it will also have a great impact on the fan, resulting in a loud sound.

Refueling is very effective in eliminating the noise of the fan. Remove the fan and stick a sticker disc in the center of the fan on the side of the heat sink. Lift the disc and you can see the fan shaft. If the inside is relatively clean, a drop of light lubricating oil can be enough. If it is found to be dirty, the rotor needs to be removed and cleaned. It can be found that there is a baffle at the end of the shaft. Carefully remove the baffle and the rotor can be removed and cleaned. You can use gasoline or anhydrous alcohol for cleaning. After wiping it off, wait for it to dry thoroughly, then add oil to reset the rotor. Finally, attach the sticker disc and install the heat sink on it.

Some fans can tear off the label on the fan to refuel, but some fans cannot. You can only remove the blades and take out the bearings to refuel. There are liquid oils such as sewing machine oil; other oils, such as butter, etc., can sometimes be added in a mixed manner. If possible, you can purchase a better oil for use.

Third, sometimes the power supply screw is not tightened, and resonance will occur, which will cause slight noise. It is recommended to check whether the power supply is stable and suitable.

In the last step, we should not forget to clean the dust on the power supply casing and the dust screen of the chassis. Just like cleaning the fan, use an air pump and brush to clean while blowing. The dust screen can be removed for cleaning.
