Процес вакуумског дифузионог заваривања

        Вакуумско дифузионо заваривање је метода заваривања која држи блиско повезане компоненте под одређеном температуром и притиском током одређеног временског периода у вакуумском окружењу, тако да се атоми између контактних површина дифундују и формирају везу. Иако је дифузионо заваривање процес заваривања са дугом историјом, није се брзо развијао све до последњих година. Завар овог процеса је невидљив голим оком и нема потребе за додавањем лемног или топљеног материјала. Чак и под условима великог увећања, тешко је посматрати прелаз кристалне фазе. Карактеристике делова за дифузионо заваривање такође имају одговарајућу јединственост веће чврстоће, најбоље отпорности на корозију и без унакрсног загађења. Advantages of  Вакуум дифузионо заваривање:

1. High joint strength. It is especially suitable for the welding of materials prone to cracks by fusion welding. Since the properties of the base metal are not changed, the chemical composition, microstructure and properties of the joint are the same or close to the base metal, and the joint strength is high.

2. There are many kinds of materials can be used. Diffusion welding can weld a variety of similar metals and alloys, as well as many different materials. If vacuum diffusion welding with transition alloy layer is adopted, heterogeneous or homogeneous materials with great differences in physical and chemical properties and easy to form brittle compounds at high temperature can also be welded.

3. It can be used for the manufacture of parts requiring large-area bonding, laminated members, hollow members, porous members or members with complex internal channels, closed internal assemblies and parts with poor accessibility of other welding methods.

4. Diffusion welding is integral heating, with small component deformation and high dimensional accuracy.
