AMD SP5 1U CPU Cooling Heatsink Shipped Out

        Yesterday, we finished and arranged the shipment to customer site for the 50pcs AMD 1U CPU heatsink order , this heatsink is based on AMD SP5 1U platform applications. The heat sink has been fully tested and validated by Sinda Thermal to ensure the best quality and cooling performance before shipment. 

    The heatsink design contains aluminum base, aluminum base,and a copper block in the middle of the base to contact with heat source, 4pcs U shape heat pipes provide strong thermal conductive performance. Nickel Plated is chose as the preferred surface treatment to avoid unnecessary cosmetic issue in production.
