200pcs CNC Machining Base Is Ready To Ship

     Last week ， The local customer released an order of 200pcs demand  for CNC machining base .This base is using aluminum 6061 material ,and thesurface treatment is nickel plated.  It is for thermal heatsink soldering qpplications,we finished the final packing process today , and this order will be shipped to customer by tomorrow.

  CNC machining is a perfect process for small volume demands which can save the expensive tooling cost and allows the design and manufacturing more flexible. Machined heat sinks can achieve high precise and complex features which the tooling could not accomplished, machined heat sinks are commonly manufactured from Aluminum 6061 or copper 1100, the big benefits is that the high fin density and aspect ratio can be achieved and the rapid prototypes is available due to no tooling limit and the machines allows the fully freedom to machine any features.
