2pcs Aluminum Liquid Cold Plate For Photovoltaic Device Are Ready To Ship

  Recently，we are working on the sample build for the 2pcs aluminum liquid cold plate sample order. This order was released from Germnay customer 2 weeks ago , and it is for photovoltaic device cooling .  We just finished all the thermal test and reliability test , and the cold plates are ready to ship , we will arrange the shipment to customer by tomorrow.

   The cooling  process of liquid cooling is similar to the air cooling, it starts with a pedestal to contact the heat source of devices with a layer of thermal interface material which can reduce the thermal resistance between the two surfaces. The contact baseplate transfers the heat from heater to the coolant, then it flows through the tube to a radiator and remove the heat away to cool down, then the coolant flows back to the waterblock and recycle the process again.
