About 2 weeks ago , the US customer sent on order of 5 pcs demand for the customized liquid cooling plates for the autoation machine cooling. Today, we finished all the reliability test and the final packing, samples were shipped to customer by Fedex air shipent. Thanks again for choosing Sinda Thermal.
The cooling principle of liquid cooling is very simple. In a closed and sealed liquid circulation device, the power generated by the pump pushes the liquid circulation in the closed device to bring the absorbed heat through the liquid circulation to a larger heat sink for heat dissipation. The cooled liquid flows back to the heat sink, and circulate this process all the time.
