       Today, we just finished the machining process for the 200pcs aluminum IGBT heatsink, it is for power supply device cooling applications.The material is aluminum 6063 , and finished with silver anodizing surface treatment. We will ship this order to customer tomorrow once the final packing is finished.

     Currently the main types of IGBT heat sinks are air cooling and liquid cooling, with the developing of IGBT, the power and components intergration is growing rapidly, the tranditional nature convection thermal solution is no longer to achieve the thermal requirement, so it's essential to apply the air forced cooling or liquid cooling options to remove the heat from IGBT in time.
