       Today , we got another order demand for the aluminum base from the local customer. This base is used for thermal heatsink module soldering , due to the urgent demand , customer wants us using CNC soft tooling machining way to finish this order in one week. The material is aluminum 6061 , with standard nickel plated surface treatment.We will have this urgent order in machining process by tomorrow, and will try our best to finish this order in one week. 

    CNCmachining is a perfect process for small volume demands which can save the expensive tooling cost and  allows the design and manufacturing more flexible. Machined components can achieve high precise and complex features which the tooling could not accomplished, machining bases are commonly manufactured from Aluminum 6061 and copper 1100, the big benefits is that the high fin density and aspect ratio can be achieved and the rapid prototypes is available due to no tooling limit and the machines allows the fully freedom to machine any features.
